Since the Summer Split started, EDG has been immaculate in the way they play. It’s all or nothing and the two teams probably wouldn’t have it any other way. If they fail, then it’s gonna be a long way down. If they truly desire to scale the steep mountain, then this will be the first step. This is a team that has seen the highest highs and the lowest lows, a team that truly embodies the chaotic and frantic spirit of the LPL. This is a team that will happily throw down the gauntlet and fight to the last breath. If there’s any team that can pull a win out of nothing, it’s Invictus Gaming.

Neny has been a serviceable replacement for TheShy and Xun has been doing his damndest, but there just doesn’t seem to be enough firepower in the squad to overcome this particular hurdle. By all accounts, this should be a whitewash.
